What a wonderful journey.

October 27th. Walter Tosto was in the US Capital, Washington (DC) to receive a prestigious award by Bechtel Corporation’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Craig Albert.

We are honoured to be recognized as one of 42 worldwide suppliers to receive Bechtel Corporation’s 2022 Global Supplier Awards.

Walter Tosto, proudly represented Italy as the only Italian supplier selected among over 5000 companies of Bechtel’s overall supply chain. This award is based on outstanding performance, ability to deliver quality manufacturing, technical expertise and meeting or exceeding expectations in aspects of safety, performance and environmental compliance.

Bechtel stressed that an excellent contractor and supplier partnership is essential to the success of their projects and this ceremony is a token to Bechtel’s appreciation for Walter Tosto’s contribution to the numerous past and ongoing projects and collaborations between the companies.

Our journey with Bechtel began over 15 years ago and at present we are honoured to be manufacturing critical proprietary components for Bechtel’s Pluto LNG Project (Woodside Energy), in Australia.

We appreciate Bechtel’s approach towards their key suppliers and their availability to welcome innovative manufacturing solutions. This has allowed us to implement  several developments in the manufacturing cycle such as state of the art and advanced NDT examinations.

Walter Tosto’s Sales Director, Nicola Trivulzio, proudly underlined that “this is a milestone achievement and we trust that this journey will continue on numerous future and upcoming projects with the commitment to always share the highest level of performance which has distinguished our Company through the years”.
