The 2019 edition of Samsung Innovation Camp, an initiative promoted by Samsung Electronics Italy in partnership with Randstad and Accenture for students of Italian universities, concluded yesterday.

Three winning projects were selected for the University of Chieti-Pescara, one for each of the local companies that joined the initiative: Coesum, Fater and Walter Tosto.

We asked the students to analyze our commercial and technical offer documents in order to identify areas of improvement and to propose graphic solutions to improve its effectiveness based on our corporate brand identity. The winning team for this project was the group called Integrated Circuit 7 (IC7), which proposed a solution based on QR Codes to renew and digitize offer documents.

“We welcomed Samsung’s initiative as we share with them the value of training young people by providing them tools for becomimg more competitive in the business world.

The challenge taken up by the University of Chieti-Pescara’s students stimulated their spirit of initiative and creativity during a journey that helped them discover the importance of specialization in the workplace.

Walter Tosto also pays attention to the Y generation in order to attract and retain talents with the awareness that these young people are willing to do something that excites them and that makes them feel part of a project as people and as professionals”, commented Marzia Mazzoni, EU Project Manager of Walter Tosto SpA.
