Milan, June 27, 2015. Italy and Kazakhstan signed agreements for over 500 milion dollars in occasion of the Italian-Kazakhstani Business Forum, which was held at Expo in the Kazakhstan’s pavilion. The Kazakstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev and the Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi participated to the meeting, together with the main companies in the agricultural, food, textile, oil and gas, construction and machining sectors.

Over 20 Memorandum of Understanding, with the purpose to develop new relationships, were signed among the enterprises. Also our President Walter Tosto was present to sign an agreement in the field of Pressure Equipment with the AtyrauNefteMash LLP company.

Kazakhstan represents since years one of the main Oil & Gas markets in the Euro–Asiatic territory, and it has drafted a plan for public investments by $ 5 billion. Italian suppliers have always constituted a strong presence in such a country and through this agreement, Walter Tosto SpA strengthens its relationship with one of the most important players in the sector.
