Walter Tosto SpA adopted the new 2016-2019 metalwork collective contract, stipulating the obligation for the companies in the metallurgic sector to provide 24 hours of continuous training in 3 years, starting from January 2017, for each employee hired with permanent contract.

This program aims to make employees aware of the evolution of the industrial context and the current changes by underlying the company’s role in this sector.
