San Salvo. The Association Impresa&Territorio of the Abruzzo region, in collaboration with the Confederation UN.I.PMI – Industry Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, and the magazine of economics and business culture Presenza&Azione, has organized the fourth edition of the “Faro d’Abruzzo” award (lighthouse of Abruzzo in English): the recognition addressed to personalities in Abruzzo who have particularly distinguished themselves in the economy, culture and social fields. The Award was assigned to Walter Tosto, President of the Tosto Group, Graziano Marcovecchio, President of Pilkington Spa, and Deborah Cerrone, CEO of the company Cerrone Gioielli.

A round table on the theme “School and Enterprise: comparing experiences” was also hosted at the conference room of the Professional Institute for Industry and Craft of San Salvo. Among the speakers, in addition to the winners, the President of the Abruzzo Region Luciano D’Alfonso, the Mayor of San Salvo Tiziana Magnacca, the headmaster of the institute Esther Castaldo and Fabio Travaglini, President of Impresa& Territorio, as moderator.
