The restaurant &#8220;Trabocco Pesce Palombo&#8221; hosted the National Final of the Adriatic Brodetto (a typical italian fish stew) Festival. Six chefs from the regions of the Adriatic coast participated in the gastronomic competition dedicated to a traditional dish of the Italian cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>The event provided an opportunity to remember the Rete 8 Director, Pasquale Pacilio, died on July 29, who took part in the epilogue of the regional competition in June.<\/p>\n<p>The participants were: for Abruzzo, the restaurant &#8221; Il pontile &#8221; of Ortona, for Molise &#8220;Molinett&#8221; of Termoli, for Veneto the restaurant in Venice &#8220;Noemi&#8221;, for Emilia-Romagna &#8220;La fattoria&#8221; of Riccione, for Marche &#8220;Amarantos&#8221; of Castelfidardo and from Puglia &#8220;Esco poco di sera&#8221; of Barletta.
